Consistency Change Detection Framework for Unsupervised Remote Sensing Change Detection

The Consistency Change Detection Framework (CCDF) was introduced to tackle the challenges of unsupervised remote sensing change detection, which traditionally suffers from generator overfitting, leading to subpar performance. By integrating Cycle Consistency and Semantic Consistency modules, the framework enhances the detail reconstruction of multi-temporal images. Extensive experiments validate its effectiveness, demonstrating that CCDF surpasses other leading methods in the field. This advancement is crucial as it allows for more accurate monitoring and analysis of environmental changes without the need for labeled training data, thereby broadening the applicability of remote sensing technologies.
