Sudanese doctors on mission to rebuild Mycetoma Research Centre

Despite the destruction caused by Sudan’s ongoing war, a group of dedicated doctors is fighting to revive the Mycetoma Research Centre (MRC) in Khartoum. The MRC was a one-of-a-kind facility focused on studying and treating mycetoma, a rare and severe fungal disease. Now, these health professionals are rallying support to rebuild what’s been lost, hoping to restore critical research and care for patients who rely on their expertise.
