Thames Water removes 100-tonne fatberg from west London sewer

Thames Water has successfully removed a massive 100-tonne fatberg from the sewers of west London, a significant achievement in their ongoing campaign to prevent harmful substances from clogging drains. This toxic mass, primarily made up of wet wipes and congealed fats, was located 10 meters underground and weighed as much as eight double-decker buses. The removal not only clears the sewer system but also raises awareness about the importance of proper waste disposal, making our environment cleaner and safer.
