Lynx hold moment of silence in wake of Minnesota lawmaker’s assassination

In the aftermath of a tragic politically motivated shooting that killed a Minnesota state lawmaker and her spouse—and injured another lawmaker and his wife—the Minnesota Lynx paused for a somber moment of silence before their WNBA game. Coach Cheryl Reeve admitted the game "felt pretty meaningless" given the nearby violence, as the team honored the victims just miles from where the attack occurred.
