AWS is working on proprietary innovative cooling tech to use on Nvidia GPUs for now — I wouldn't be surprised if Graviton chips get it as well

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is cooking up its own high-tech cooling solution—specifically a custom liquid cooling system—to keep Nvidia’s powerful GB200 GPUs from overheating. While it’s starting with Nvidia’s chips, don’t be shocked if AWS eventually rolls this out for its in-house Graviton processors too. Basically, Amazon’s betting big on smarter, more efficient ways to handle the heat from next-gen hardware.
