The head of South Africa’s state power utility said the process of unbundling the firm into three units &mdash; almost seven years in the making &mdash; can only be completed if the massive overdue debt it’s owed by municipalities is reined in.

El CEO de Eskom, la empresa estatal de energía de Sudáfrica, afirmó que el proceso de desagregación de la compañía en tres unidades, que lleva casi siete años en desarrollo, no puede completarse hasta que se controle la enorme deuda vencida que los municipios le deben.
