Credit Suisse got anonymous warnings as early as 2018 about red flags tied to Greensill Capital—the now-collapsed finance firm founded by Lex Greensill. The Swiss regulator says those messages raised concerns about senior managers' judgment for continuing to work with Greensill, who once had ex-UK PM David Cameron on his payroll. But the bank pressed on anyway, and three years later, Greensill imploded.
