Alleged killer of Minnesota politician and her husband expected to plead not guilty in court

Vance Boelter, the man accused of murdering a prominent Minnesota Democrat and her husband, as well as injuring a state senator and his wife, is expected to plead not guilty during his arraignment in federal court, according to his lawyer.
